Potassium Perchlorate Synthesis?

Alright so I've been reading some of this shit and I just wanna start off simple with some flash powder. Yes, I already tried a search engine, and I can't find a reliable source. So I was wondering if someone can help me make some potassium perchlorate.. It also might be possible to harvest some from fireworks I think.

There is:

Electrolytic preparation
Preparation by thermal decomposition of chlorate
Preparation by chemical oxidation

Have you even considered looking into patents?

In all realism, No.

Why, because the amount of contaminants in the powder/composition would be insane.

And I guess there wouldn't be a way to filter it out. And even if you did, the juice probably wouldn't be worth the squeeze.
